Hi, I'm Nicole, and I believe that reaching out for support is one of the most courageous things you can do. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, I'm here to walk alongside you through life's challenges—whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, or relationship struggles that feel too heavy to carry alone.

I work with adults, elderly individuals, and couples throughout Long Beach, offering both in-person and telehealth therapy sessions. My approach is simple: you're unique, and your therapy should be too. That's why I draw from various therapeutic techniques to create a treatment plan that fits YOUR specific needs, not a one-size-fits-all formula. Whether you're processing the loss of a loved one, managing overwhelming anxiety, working through depression, or trying to reconnect with your partner, we'll find the approach that resonates with you.

Here's what I know to be true: therapy can be a powerful space for healing, insight, and lasting change. But meaningful growth only happens when you feel genuinely safe, heard, and supported. That's the foundation of my practice. In our sessions, you'll find a judgment-free zone where you can show up exactly as you are—messy emotions, complicated feelings, and all. Together, we'll create that safe haven where real transformation becomes possible.

Life transitions—whether expected or sudden—can shake us to our core. Grief can feel endless. Anxiety and depression can steal our joy. Relationships can feel impossibly tangled. But here's the thing: you don't have to face any of this alone. Together, we'll navigate these challenges and help you rediscover your strength, rebuild connections, and reclaim your life.

Ready to take that next step? I'm here, and I'm ready to support you. Let's begin this journey together.
