Stephanie's Experience:

Stephanie has a background in working with children, teens, and adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety and depression utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Child-Parent Psychotherapy. Her therapeutic approach is humanistic-centered, emphasizing a holistic and nonjudgmental method to support her clients. 

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys practicing yoga, running, and exploring new coffee shops. These activities help her maintain balance and bring a sense of calm and mindfulness to her practice.
