Eva is a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist who specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, love addiction, and codependent relationships. She incorporates therapeutic techniques, including psychodynamic, post-induction therapy (PIT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness, which are curated based on clients' individual and holistic needs and symptoms. As a multicultural therapist, Eva strongly believes in an integrated approach to psychotherapy. She tailors her interventions to help adult clients develop specific skills to cope with difficult feelings and/or explore obstacles and underlying issues that interfere with personal fulfillment.
