I'm a compassionate therapist with a background in social work and healthcare, dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where therapy participants can feel understood and respected. My approach is flexible, drawing on techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness to best fit your needs, especially when dealing with issues like depression and anxiety. I'm particularly mindful of how your unique experiences shape your journey, and I tailor my methods to support your personal growth.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Azusa Pacific University and have experience across healthcare and community support roles, bringing a well-rounded perspective to our sessions. I've practiced video therapy extensively, ensuring our virtual meetings feel as personal and effective as in-person ones. I believe in building a strong connection, even through a screen, and I'm committed to helping you navigate life's challenges.
Outside of therapy, I'm passionate about mindfulness and enjoy my practice as a yoga and barre instructor. I love traveling whenever I can and find joy in the small pleasures of life, like a good cup of coffee. These practices inform my work, allowing me to offer practical tools to help you find balance and well-being.
